My Workforce Forms integrates with Sage 300 Payroll to retrieve and prepare your company's employee data (benefits and beneficiaries, payroll hours, rates of pay, and more) for IRS forms, and for you to monitor.

Your My Workforce Forms home page presents you with the following options:

Setup

Before you can generate federal forms, you must define defaults for your company. The setup process can take as little as thirty minutes if you have key information ready ahead of time. Learn more.

Forms

Use the Forms tab to generate, review, and print Federal Forms 1094-C Transmittal of Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information Returns and 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, using your Sage program data. Learn more.
