Using dashboards and analysis
The Analysis tab provides access to important Affordable Care Act dashboards to monitor your workforce in relationship to healthcare coverage and costs.
To open your dashboards and analysis:
Note: You must have an active Internet connection to view your online dashboards and analysis.
- Complete all steps under the Setting Up My Workforce Analyzer tab.
- Clear the Launch in a web browser check box if you prefer to view the online pages in a modal window within My Workforce Analyzer or leave the check box selected to open in your default web browser.
- Select one or more employers to view in the online dashboards and analysis tools.
- Click .
The online dashboards and analysis page opens. The following features are included:
After launching your online dashboards and analysis, this page opens and you can monitor:
- The number of your full-time and full-time equivalent (FTE) employees.
- A monthly summary of hours of service for each full-time and part-time employee.
- Detailed reports of employee hours of service by month.

Click the Affordability tab to review an assessment of healthcare affordability by employee and month.

Click the Current period tab to review two dashboards that help you track important ACA details for your company. On this tab you can monitor:
- Your company's status as an , both current and a forecast for next year.
