My Workforce Analyzer provides desktop reporting and online dashboards and analysis of your workforce in relationship to the Affordable Care Act (ACA). My Workforce Analyzer integrates with your HR and payroll programs to retrieve and prepare your company's employee data (benefits and beneficiaries, payroll hours, rates of pay, and more) for IRS forms, ACA compliance analysis, and for you to monitor.

Your My Workforce Analyzer home page presents you with the following options:

Setup

Before you can generate federal forms or view your online dashboards and analysis, you must define defaults for your company. The setup process can take as little as thirty minutes if you have key information ready ahead of time. Learn more.

Analysis

Online dashboards and analyses are available for you to monitor your employee activities (such as hours of service) that directly impact your potential penalties. Learn more.

Forms

Use the Forms tab to generate, review, and print Federal Forms 1094-C Transmittal of Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information Returns and 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, using your Sage program data. Learn more.
