About My Workforce Analyzer

Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) there are many decisions you must make for the success of your business, including managing employee work schedules and healthcare expenses. Use My Workforce Analyzer to create the required ACA forms and to review a regulations-based analysis of your workforce data so you can determine the best course of action for your company. After you set up My Workforce Analyzer, you have both desktop and web features to help you stay ahead.

Affordable Care Act forms

My Workforce Analyzer uses workforce information from your Sage program, or you can import the information using data templates, to prepare the required federal ACA forms:

  • 1094-C Transmittal of Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information Returns
  • 1095-C Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage

Online dashboards and analysis

  • Monitoring. Use the employee hours of service dashboard to monitor your workforce. For more information, see Monitoring hours of service
  • Affordability. Use this dashboard to review monthly breakdowns of healthcare affordability for each employee. For more information, see Reviewing affordability information.
  • Current period. Use these two dashboards to track employee counts for the purposes of ALE status, and keep track of legislative regulatory periods. For more information, see Auditing employer information
