Troubleshooting failed imports

If the import process failed with errors or warnings, review the error report, correct your data, and try the import again.

Using the error report

When the import process is complete, an Import Summary displays on the window. The summary provides you with a count for each successfully imported record.

If the import process fails, use the Error Report to identify necessary corrections to the file. Use the data requirements in help for each type of import file as your guideline for correcting and formatting the information in your file.
